I am very satisfied with EPCB's after-sales service. Whether it's problems encountered during installation or questions in daily use, their customer service team is always able to respond promptly and provide solutions. And their service attitude was very good, making me feel valued and respected. With such high-quality after-sales service, I feel more assured and comfortable when using EPCB boiler. great.

Equipment damaged upon arrival, we gave message same time as opened. The boiler flenche for burner is off limit degrees wrong. Seller asks for same doumentation that they have 16 times, just for letting time go. No service from Alibaba.com when we try to tell we are been scammed by seller. We have LOST 8000 dollars beqause off this seller, and we are sure that the seller/producer sendt this with big faults, and thought they could let nobody know!!! Big Big damage on stem generator, that we can not use beqause off all the damaged parts! No service from seller, and just bullshit asking allready sendt documentation, as pictures and rapport from proffesional welder and steam company!! SCAM is what this is!!!! Pictures off how we got shippment at arrival... How they send equipment, and what has been happened. Also of flence out off degree... All feets had gone true a thin woodplate, holding a 1280kg Steam generator!!!
